This is my own recipe that I experimented with the other day and it turned out amazing! Only 6 ingredients!! #easypeasyandfun

Ingredients:
~ 1/3 cup of natural peanut butter ~ 1 1/2 cups of rolled oats ~ 1/4 cup dried blueberries ~ 1/4 cup of cacao nibs ~ 1/4 cup of brown rice syrup ~ 2 T of honey
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 180 Degrees Celsius. Line a baking tray with baking paper. 2. Mix the rolled oats, cacao nibs and dried blueberries in a medium mixing bowl. Add in the honey, brown rice syrup and peanut butter, mix until fully combined. 3. Scoop into the lines baking tray and flatten (makes clusters if you flatten the granola). 4. Cook in the oven for 10 mins. Take out of the oven, stir, then put the granola back into the oven for another 8 mins.
