Ingredients:
~ 2 and 1/4 cup of pitted dates, soaked for 10 minutes in boiling water.
~ 1/2 cup of Mayvers foods natural peanut butter
~ 4 Tablespoons of Amazonia Salted Caramel Protein Powder
~ 2 Tablespoons of Pure Maple Syrup
~ 4 Tablespoons of coconut oil ~ pinch of salt
Method:
1. Add all the ingredients to a food processor. Blend for 2-3 minutes or until you get a gooey sort of consistency.
2. Put in the fridge for 30 minutes. Once done take the mixture out of the fridge and roll into bite sized balls. Store in the fridge.
