These are truly the best tasting pancakes I have made yet! They are fluffy on the inside and the flavour is so yummy🤤 Hope you enjoy and give it a try cause you won’t regret these yum pancakes on a Sunday morning!

Serves: 6 medium to large pancakes
Dry Ingredients:
~ 1 and 1/4 cups of almond flour
~ 3 Heaped Tblsp of @amazoniaco salted caramel coconut flavoured paleo fermented protein powder (or any other salted caramel protein powder you have)
~ 1 tsp of maca powder
~ 1 tsp of baking soda
~ pinch of salt
Wet ingredients:
~ 1/3 cup and 2 Tblsp of @goodbetterbruce unsweetened almond milk
~ 2 eggs
~ 1 tsp of vanilla extract
Method:
1. Preheat a frying pan to a low-medium heat and lightly coated its coconut oil. Mix all of the wet ingredients in a large bowl.
2️. Mix all of the dry ingredients in a medium sized bowl.
3️. Add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix until fully combined.
4️. Scoop the batter into a 1/4 cup then pour onto the preheated pan.
5️. Wait 2-3 minutes then flip and cook for another 1 minute.
Serve with your favourite pancake toppings! My pancakes were topped with a little @coyo_organic coconut yoghurt, toasted coconut flakes, sliced banana and pure maple syrup.
