✨ VANILLA ALMOND COCONUT PUFFS ✨

My own granola/cereal puffs recipe!!! Great for a morning snack, on top of your favourite smoothie bowl or just in a bowl with some @goodbetterbruce almond milk! Very versatile with crunchy melt in your mouth flavour 🤤 Only 6 ingredients!


Ingredients:

~ 1/2 cup of shredded coconut ~ 2 cups of brown rice puffs ~ 1/2 cup of coconut oil

~ 1/8 cup of @macro_wholefoods almond butter ~ 1/8 cup of brown rice syrup

~ 2 tablespoons of @nutraorganics thriving protein vanilla protein powder


Method:

1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. 2. Mix together the brown rice puffs and shredded coconut in a large mixing bowl. 3. In a measuring jug, mix together all the rest of the ingredients. 4. Pour onto the dry mixture and fold until combined. Scoop into a lined baking tray. 5. Place not the oven and cook for 7 minutes.
