VANILLA PROTEIN PANCAKES

Had these yesterday for some #saturdaypancakes and they were full of flavour and tasted so good! Especially because I used @nutraorganics thriving smooth vanilla protein powder. Recipe below if you want to give them a try! Tag me @eating_clean_with_ava on Instagram!!

Ingredients:

~ 1/2 cup of coconut milk

~ 3/4 cup of oat flour

~ 1/2 tsp of baking powder

~ 2 Tblsp of vanilla protein powder

~ Shake of cinnamon

~ 1 large egg


Method:

1. Combine the egg and coconut milk in a medium mixing bowl and whisk.


2. Add the rest of the dry ingredients and mix with a spatula.


3. Cook pancakes on a low to medium heat greased frying pan. Wait until golden brown on the outside until you flip them.


Serve with your favourite toppings! I topped mine with @coyo_organicvanilla bean coconut yoghurt, @pana_organic cashew caramel spread, chia seeds, strawberries, pure maple syrup and toasted coconut flakes.
