VANILLA SALTED CARAMEL PANCAKES 🥞🙌🏻🥞🙌🏻🥞🙌🏻

Ingredients:

~ 1 and 1/2 cups of rolled oats ~ 3 tsp of cinnamon ~ 3 scoops of salted caramel protein powder ~ 3/4 tsp of baking powder ~ 3 large eggs ~ 1 cup of @goodbetterbruce unsweetened almond milk

~ 1 tblsp of pure vanilla extract


Method:

1. Place the rolled oats into a blender and pulse until fine. 2. Add the remaining ingredients EXCEPT for the baking powder! 3. Blend until combined, then put into a mixing bowl and stir the baking powder in until combined. 4. Lightly grease a pan with coconut oil and place on medium to low heat. 5. Once the pan is hot, pour 1/8 cup of the mixture into the pan. Cook on one side for about 30-60 seconds, then flip and repeat for other side. 6. Serve warm with any toppings you like!
