Vegan GF hemp seed protein bars!

This bar is the bomb! The whole fam love it 😊 it is soo yummy and such an awesome way to end the day or even as a morning snack!!! 😄😄enjoy! And tag me@eating_clean_with_avawhen you make them!



Ingredients:

~ 4 Tblsp of tahini

~ 4 tblsp of pure maple syrup or rice malt syrup

~ 2 tblsp of vanilla extract

~ 4 tblsp of coconut oil

~ 2 heaped tblsp of almond butter

~ 4 heaped tblsp of hemp seeds

~ 5 tblsp of almond meal

~ 5 tblsp of shredded coconut

~ 2 tsp of cinnamon


Choc Topping:

Cacao powder and coconut oil


Method:

1. In a large bowl, pop all of the ingredients in. You want a thick sort of consistency, if it doesn’t all come together like a slightly soft cookie batter, pop some water in to loosen it up.


2. Line a glass or metal tray with baking paper, and pour the mixture in. Put in the freezer for an hour.


3. In a small bowl mix the coconut oil and cacao together and then pour over the mixture and pop back in the freezer until set.


4. Store in the freezer!! (Otherwise they melt)
